Location: The Private Equity Institute is located at 144 Franklin St. Suite #1, New York NY 10013. Classes are held at a private club in mid-town Manhattan.

Refund Policy: We will refund 75% of your payment if you cancel more than a week before class. If you cancel in the week before the class we will refund 50% of your money. If you fail to attend the class and want a refund we will return 25% of your payment.

Rescheduling: There is no charge to reschedule a class as long as the request is done by email more than one week prior to class. If you wish to reschedule in the week before the class, a 10% charge will apply. If you fail to attend a class you are scheduled to attend and still wish to reschedule, a 25% charge will apply. Please understand that we limit the size of our classes and most sell out. Therefore, last minute changes affect our ability to offer other students their desired class dates.
