| Fund Creation Course |

This course is designed to provide private equity professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to create a private equity fund. Students should have experience working in finance or have already taken the Intensive Training course. The course only has a classroom session and an outline is shown below. Graduates of the private equity fund creation class will be able to access to private equity investors including limited partners that invest in private equity funds, instruction on how to form SPACs (new private equity funds that are easier to finance) and have access to propriety company deal flow for private equity investment.
