| Classroom Training Outline |
The outline below shows the topics that will be addressed during the second session of the Intensive Training course. It is held on a Saturday and Sunday in a classroom at the University Club in midtown Manhattan and is conducted by a professional from a private equity firm. Classroom training can be attended in person or using GoToMeeting "live-web" technology. The goals of the second session are to review the knowledge topics covered in the Anytime Online Classes in first session as well as practice financial and LBO modeling and allow students to ask questions of the instructor about working at a private equity firm.
